Hello, yes, we are able to service our Helm MK1 and Helm MKII Forks - 50 Hour end user service is the same for both. Authorized Service Centers can perform the 100 Hour Service for both MKI and MKII Helms.
Hello, our springs have an inner diameter of 36.3mm. Please consult your shock's manufacturer for their official clearance. We do not fit any Rock Shox dampers.
However, outside of Rock Shox, we do fit many current dampers. If you have a FOX DHX or earlier shock, you will need to use our Spring Converter (.DB11253H). Current FOX products do not require this converter. Again, please consult your shock's manufacturer for their recommendations.
