GRAVEL SEATPOST

With 35mm of compliance, the eeSilk+ seatpost was designed to noticeably soften any gravel or mixed-surface road. Available in carbon and aluminum options, these posts make great enhancements to gravel or mixed surface bikes by reducing the chatter transmitted from the surface to the rider.

For riders seeking the full compliance package, our elastomer damped eeSilk stem and eeSilk seatposts were designed to work in harmony. The eeSilk stem and eeSilk seatposts create a balance that enables riders to maximize performance while extending their ride.

eeSilk Plus suspension seatpost

PARALLEL-LINKAGE DESIGN

The eeSilk+ is based off of our proven parallel linkage technology found in our legendary Thudbuster suspension seatposts and eeSilk compliance seatposts.

Parallel Linkage technology stays in the direct path of the natural travel of the rear wheel. As a bump lifts the back of a bicycle, the rear wheel pushes up and forward into the rider.

The eeSilk Plus works by compressing along the exact opposite path — down and rearward — absorbing force at the same rate.

Reed Mann

Design Engineer
Name: Reed Mann
Position: Design Engineer
Year started: 2022
Best part of being a part of the Cane Creek family:  It’s very refreshing to work for a small, tight-knit company where we all share the same passions and to develop new products that make cycling better for everyone.
What you’ll find me doing on the weekends: Obviously riding bikes, but also wrenching on bikes or cars, exploring the mountains, and watching F1 races.
How I got here (at Cane Creek): Feeling pretty unfulfilled with a corporate engineering job, I happened to see that Cane Creek was hiring. I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands dirty working on the latest bike tech and was fortunate enough to be offered the position.
