When your order status changes from “processing” to “completed” that means some or all of your order has shipped. Please note, orders will ship with available product. Orders containing products that are out of stock or not immediately available for shipment will ship as partial shipments.
You can submit a cancellation request by selecting “Orders”, then “Request Cancellation”. Please note, this is specifically a request to receive cancellation – it does not confirm or complete cancellation. To ensure your order is cancelled in a timely manner, please call our customer support team.
