Order Completed
When your order status changes from “processing” to “completed” it does not mean your order is ready to ship. It means that we have started the assembly process, or we’re packing the items to get ready to ship. Click HERE for more information.
Backordered
This means we do not currently have that item ready to ship out, but you can still order it to solidify your place in line. For a detailed shipping estimate on that particular item, contact us HERE. Orders containing backordered products will not ship until that item is in stock.
Order Cancellation
You can submit a cancellation request by selecting “Orders”, then “Request Cancellation”. Please note, this is specifically a request to receive cancellation – it does not confirm or complete cancellation. To ensure your order is cancelled in a timely manner, please call our customer support team.
