Extend Your Ride, With More Compliance

These posts make great enhancements to gravel or mixed surface bikes by reducing the chatter transmitted from the surface to the rider and can be tuned to rider weight through a simple elastomer change. #5 elastomer comes pre-installed, other weight elastomers sold separately.

outstanding product. I installed on my gravel bike (Chumba Terilingua steel frame/Enve carbon forks) and can stay in the saddle longer over minor bumps and washboard roads

Love this post and the ability to change the elastomers to a softer or more firm ride experience.

Installed the ee-Silk+ Seatpost on my Ritchey gravel bike. I had the correct elastomer for my weight. Didn’t notice a difference even after a few rides. I installed a lighter elastomer. Much better. Suspension seatpost and stem. Reminds me of the 80s and 90s mountain bikes….

Must have for gravel bikes. Carbon forks and low pressure tubeless tires only absorb so much impact on trails. The post block flexes with hard impacts, but doesnt bob and bounce when pedaling at high cadence on pavement. Also, there isnt any squeak that I’ve heard people complain about.
Overall, it really helps smooth out your ride.

Post performs as advertised and I was able to retain seatbag without any problems

The device is beautifully finished and beyond that I have little to say - it works quietly as a seat post, but after a ride I am noticeably less "jarred." It does not announce itself with untoward bouncing or any oddness whatsoever. I would give this my highest rating as I would buy it again if it went missing. DLB

Best part of being a part of the Cane Creek family:  It’s very refreshing to work for a small, tight-knit company where we all share the same passions and to develop new products that make cycling better for everyone.
What you’ll find me doing on the weekends: Obviously riding bikes, but also wrenching on bikes or cars, exploring the mountains, and watching F1 races.
How I got here (at Cane Creek): Feeling pretty unfulfilled with a corporate engineering job, I happened to see that Cane Creek was hiring. I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands dirty working on the latest bike tech and was fortunate enough to be offered the position.
