The eeSilk+ seatpost works great on my Giant Revolt Advanced bike. It really smooths out the sharp edged bumps on our rough and cracked paved roads. It foes the job without calling attention to itself in any negative way. My bike came with a carbon seatpost. With my height, there was not much exposed seatpost. The eeSilk+ is much more comfortable and allows me to contiue pedaling across bumps that I previously would have chosen to lift off the seat.

It works to reduce sharp hits when seated and takes just enough of the road chatter away to make your gravel ride more enjoyable.

I thought the cost was a little steep at first, but after my first ride, I knew this was worth every penny. I should have bought one several years ago.

Have no clue, it is probably at best average considering service and insistence on harassment.

My seat comes loose. A friend of mine told me I am missing the thumb tightening gadget for the front bolt. It did not come with my seat post. Please send me one
The thumb wheel on the forward saddle clamp bolt is specific to the carbon version of the eeSilk+ Seatpost. It is an additional convenience feature available with the more premium option, but it has absolutely no influence on the saddle staying tight. The cost of the alloy post is kept much lower by using a simpler, steel bolt. This hex-head bolt must be tightened with a open or box end 10mm wrench. If the saddle is slipping, it’s likely that the bolt was not tightened properly.
