DB Kitsuma is a highly adjustable rear shock that is incredibly intuitive and easy to tune. Built for maximum performance on any terrain.

DB Kitsuma simplifies the tuning process by increasing the range of adjustment while reducing the number of external positions in each circuit – making each position more meaningful and discernable on the trail.

The Kitsuma Coil makes my bike feel like a downhill bike! With the progressive coil installed, it is truly wonderful to ride. To get more technical, the initial plushness is really nice. It sticks to the ground and makes every small bump super smooth. It also makes hard hits question wether you’re bottoming out. You really get support all throughout the shock’s travel! 10/10

Currently have this shock mounted to a mk2 Capra, originally back in 2021 my considerations for a coil shock were to have lockout, LSC/LSR and HSC adjustment and come in DH shock sizing(Surprisingly hard combo to find at the time), after doing research I had originally settled on a rockshox super deluxe coil ult, however they were in very short supply in the peak of covid and eventually stumbled upon the kitsuma coil, not only did it check all my boxes it exceeded what I wanted with HSR adjustment and beating the rockshox in price by a decent margin, not only that cane creek was able to provide the shock on back order in a reasonable amount of time. On the bike I have it paired with a 570-630lb(I weigh 220lbs) sprindex coil spring and is dialed to a perfect 27% sag with all my kit on, this combo has been one of the most tunable setups and all the adjustment is external, the performance out of this shock is phenomenal, only good things to say when it comes to comments out on the trails, my only gripe if you can even call it that is the HSR and HSC adjustment could be just a tiny bit more clicky and positive but it is largely a non issue.

Shock works awesome. Great support on big hits and great small bump sensitivity.
