eeSilk Stem Elastomers

With Compliance Switch - $229.99
Without Compliance Switch - $199.99

eeSilk Stem elastomers were developed based on rider preference and varying surfaces.

Each eeSilk Stem includes 3 elastomers varying in firmness depending on stem length. We recommend first riding the elastomer that comes installed with the stem to form a baseline. Then change to a softer or firmer elastomer based on preference for more or less compliance.

"This finely-tuned stem has incredible vibration reduction, easing tension and increasing comfort on your back, wrists, neck, and shoulders."

– Maggie Slepian, Bicycling.com

OPTIONAL COMPLIANCE SWITCH

The switch enables riders to run the stem as soft as they want, with the ability to stiffen the compliance during out of the saddle riding to maximize performance.

For riders looking for a more streamlined and sleeker look, the eeSilk Stem is now available with or without the compliance switch.

it's a good product. i did have an issue with it. with really bumpy terrain, the setting would change. while getting service, outpost bike shop found there was an o ring issue causing the setting to change during bumpy terrain. they got the new o rings from cane creek. would have been nice to hear from the company directly and sooner.

I wish there was a way to make it less spongy. It does take the shock from the bumps. I getting ready to climb green river cove 17 switch backs I'm debating taking it off.

Best part of being a part of the Cane Creek family:  It’s very refreshing to work for a small, tight-knit company where we all share the same passions and to develop new products that make cycling better for everyone.
What you’ll find me doing on the weekends: Obviously riding bikes, but also wrenching on bikes or cars, exploring the mountains, and watching F1 races.
How I got here (at Cane Creek): Feeling pretty unfulfilled with a corporate engineering job, I happened to see that Cane Creek was hiring. I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands dirty working on the latest bike tech and was fortunate enough to be offered the position.
