2X Oil Slick Chainring Spider

PUSH FORWARD

The spiders are optimized to fit eeWings cranks, adding more options for riders on our critically acclaimed titanium cranks. The spiders will allow direct-mount cranks, such as the eeWings, to accommodate 110 BCD chainrings.

2x drivetrain configurations allow for more gear options during a ride while 110 BCD 1x chainrings are typically available in larger sizes than their direct-mount counterparts – both of which are highly desirable to gravel, all-road and traditional road riders.

ONLY AVAILABLE AT SELECT RETAILERS!

Q & A

Hi Support, I see there is a "Cane Creek eeWings 5x110BCD 2x Spider (32t compatible) - Ti Ano" model #: BAI0076 and BAI0076K. I would like to install 48T/32T chainring to my newly purchased eeWings All-Road chainset. Is "Oil Slick" 2x spider also compatible with 32t chainring? could you please advise before I decide to purchase my preferred Oil Slick 2x Spider or I have to look for Black or Titanium anodized version, thank you very much and looking forward for your advice, thanks. Thanks and Best Regards Alfy Alfy asked on July 4, 2023

Yes the Oil Slick 2x spider is compatible with 32t chainrings. We no longer offer these but if you find one in the aftermarket it should work great with 48t/32t.

As a machinist/ME, building MTBs is a nice hobby to have. I have built a few biked over the past couple years and have had trouble with the plastic pre loaders that come on cranks. Theae alloy pre loaders have a better feel of tightness than the original plastic pieces. Gives a builder more confidence that all the play is out of the crank arms. Plus with the color options, it gives a custom build good options for personalized look.
