December MVP Award
January 2023
The MVP This month is someone whose job it so deal with and fix problems 100% of the time and keeps it calm and level. Jay John came into a new position for CC with pretty vague expectations and goals, but has carved out a solid set of responsibilities and has become a cornerstone of the department.
More recently Jay’s role has expanded and his group has absorbed a whole new set of responsibilities with epicor and took it in stride without issue. Jay gave up his big black Friday plans with about one week notice to travel to Taiwan to support a surprise visit from R&M’s head of quality doing a vendor audit.
This was a big deal, he dealt with some thudbuster problems earlier in the year and now Frank was coming to give us the full audit. He had never been there before and it’s not necessarily the easiest place to get around
He crushed it! – remember these are German engineers!
