The Thudbuster Parallel Linkage technology stays in the direct path of the natural travel of the rear wheel. As a bump lifts the back of a bicycle, the rear wheel pushes up and forward into the rider. The Thudbuster works by compressing along the exact opposite path — down and rearward — absorbing force at the same rate.
This results in a natural suspension feel without being overly active, and allows for more travel without compromising pedaling position.

Only post I’ll ever use again!
Very disappointed. Bought this from you for my girlfriend who wanted some suspension for her hard tail . Bought XS elastomer also as she weighs under 140 lbs. Changing elastomers was much harder than shown in video and offers very little movement. Also the seat clamp is a bad design, needs to be extremely tight to stop tilt movement !
My ride is noticeably smoother.
Great product. Makes my communter bike feel like a Cadillac.
