Will this shock fit on an 2022 Ibis Ripmo v2? Mark Raat asked on January 20, 2024

Yes! And it's a great pairing - one that we have ridden ourselves and enjoyed. You'll need a 210x55mm shock with 25x8mm hardware in the leading shock eye and 15x8mm hardware in the rear shock eye.

Will the air shock fit a Crestline e-bike? Alec asked on January 12, 2024

We have not been able to confirm fitment for this frame. Should you decide to buy the shock, a careful test fitment is necessary to ensure safe usage. Mount the shock in the frame, with no air in the air spring, and cycle to shock fully to check for adequate clearnace 360* around the shock at all points throughout compression. If there are any fitment issues - we can facilitate a return.

hi, I purchased a Cane Creek DB Kitsuma Air Shock - Trunnion 225x70, bringing the shock absorber to maximum compression I noticed that the effective travel is not 70mm, but 65mm, is this normal? Can the missing 5mm be recovered internally? Thank you - greetings from Itay paolo bandierini asked on September 22, 2023

You can verify travel/stroke by releasing all the air from the shock. Make sure to cycle the shock while doing this to remove air from both chambers. Then cycle the shock to hard bottom so the sag ring is fully at bottom out. Then you can measure the stroke used at bottom, to verify the total shock stroke. Keep in mind there is a bottom out bumper that is approx 5mm that will compress to nearly 1mm at hard bottom and this may account for the reduced stroke you are seeing. You can also email Support@canecreek.com with your shock';s serial number and proof of purchase and we can verify how it was built here. We keep a record of every single damper build...

Hello! Is this shock compatible with Santa Cruz v10 2020? SpaceMax asked on September 18, 2023

Yes it is. We offer Kitsuma Air in 250x75 sizing the V10 uses. However, the V10 was designed for a Coil shock so you will have to make sure to clock the air valve so it does not contact the frame or shock during compression.

Great Shock, installed on a decoy mx in place of the factory fox coil over shock. Love the easy adjustability and 3 pos. Climb switch.
