Step 1: Order your new Invert! Link below.

Step 2: Complete the form on this page which will trigger one of Cane Creek’s customer support representatives to create a pre-paid return shipping label for the original fork. They will reach out to you to get things rolling.

Step 3: Once the Invert is delivered, remove your old fork from your bike and pack it for return shipping in the Invert box.

Step 4: Using the Invert box and prepaid label, drop your old fork off at any UPS location to be sent to Cane Creek for recycling, artistic repurposing, or community co-op donation.

Step 5: Once the original fork has been received and processed, you will receive a credit of $250 on the card used to make the Invert purchase.

Terms and conditions: This program is only available in the United States to the first 250 participants. Only applies to Invert forks ordered on or after 3/17/25. Cane Creek must receive trade-in fork before credit is issued. It is the responsibility of the rider to confirm Invert fitment prior to trade-in. Once trade-in fork is received, it will be recycled or donated responsibly and cannot be returned to the rider.
