CHANGE YOUR GAME

Featuring 7075 T-6 aluminum cups and covers, and long lasting Zinc coated sealed cartridge bearings, the AngleSet is the only option for riders looking to change their headtube angle without sacrificing quality and performance.

Offset Cups

The varying headtube angles are achieved through the offset headset cups and gimbal system.  Each offset cup can create a steeper or slacker angle by rotating it 180 degrees. 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 degree offset options.

CANE CREEK HEADSETS

A LEGACY OF INNOVATION

In 1992, we brought the Aheadset®, the original threadless headset, to market – kicking off a major change in the way bicycle frames and forks would be developed going forward.

The original design of that revolutionary headset is still found in almost all bikes on the market today.

Q & A

Hi use a Transition Patrol 2022. It seems that the headset tube is not à tapered one and need à ZS56 equipment on top and bottom. Can you help? Regards Franck BINET asked on November 22, 2023

No - Unfortunately, we do not produce any sort of adapter that would allow you to use our Angleset. The headtube must be 44mm ID on top and 56mm ID on the bottom to be compatible.

Hi. I have a 2018 carbon transition sentinel with a fox 38 fork. I’m wanting to be able to keep my head angle at its current 64 for local riding but when I race or bike parks slacken it 63.5. Will this let me do it and also which headset do I need? Thanks Nick asked on November 18, 2023

The Angleset will fit this bike and allow for a 0.5 degree headset adjustment. We only make one size of Angleset, which happens to be the right spec for this frame. Select the only option on the Angleset page and you're good to go!

Will this fit an Ibis Exie with a Fox 34 step cast fork? Felix Soriano asked on November 10, 2023

Unfortunately, it will not. The Exie uses an integrated headset, which offers no way to adjust the headtube angle. (Anglesets require a press-fit style hedaset with ZS44/ZS56 cups)

Will this fit a 2020 pivot switchblade Rory O Dwyer asked on November 9, 2023

Yes it will. Take note that it will add a bit of stack height to the front end, equal to the thickness of the lower, swiveling headset cup/bearing assembly.

Best part of being a part of the Cane Creek family:  It’s very refreshing to work for a small, tight-knit company where we all share the same passions and to develop new products that make cycling better for everyone.
What you’ll find me doing on the weekends: Obviously riding bikes, but also wrenching on bikes or cars, exploring the mountains, and watching F1 races.
How I got here (at Cane Creek): Feeling pretty unfulfilled with a corporate engineering job, I happened to see that Cane Creek was hiring. I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands dirty working on the latest bike tech and was fortunate enough to be offered the position.
