We know the 110 headsets are the best in the world, and we want to make sure that they have the best guarantee in the world.

Cane Creek headset bearing and headset parts

Hellbender Bearings

The Hellbender bearings are built to live in the most extreme conditions, keeping you riding smoothly through rain, mud, grit or whatever the road and trail throws at you. Using Stainless Steel bearings and advanced sealing elements.

Interlok® Spacer Compatible

Our patented Interlok spacer design provides solid interface between the top cover and spacer stack, meaning they “nest” together and into the top of the bearing cover, which helps minimize shifting under load while riding; and shave 25% in weight off a standard alloy spacer stack. Spacers sold separately

A Legacy of Innovation

In 1992, we brought the Aheadset®, the original threadless headset, to market – kicking off a major change in the way bicycle frames and forks would be developed going forward.

The original design of that revolutionary headset is still found in almost all bikes on the market today.

Want to confirm I'm getting the correct replacement parts for a 2021 Trek Procaliber. I intend to order the 110-Series Headset IS41/28.6|IS52/40 Black. I understand that I will lose the knockblock feature which is fine. Scott asked on November 13, 2023

That's the correct headset! You are good to go.

Is the EC44/30 bottom bearing ID supposed to make contact with the steerer tube or just the crown race ID? Aaron asked on November 3, 2023

Both. The crown race is the piece that creates the interface between bearing, fork, and frame. The bearing will sit on the crown race, and will engage with the frame/fork once preloaded. If you are having issues with headset install, give us a call or email Support@canecreek.com

Best part of being a part of the Cane Creek family:  It’s very refreshing to work for a small, tight-knit company where we all share the same passions and to develop new products that make cycling better for everyone.
What you’ll find me doing on the weekends: Obviously riding bikes, but also wrenching on bikes or cars, exploring the mountains, and watching F1 races.
How I got here (at Cane Creek): Feeling pretty unfulfilled with a corporate engineering job, I happened to see that Cane Creek was hiring. I jumped at the opportunity to get my hands dirty working on the latest bike tech and was fortunate enough to be offered the position.
