Hellbender 70 Slam is a premium headset for riders looking to lower their handlebar position as much as possible. Slam uses an ultra-low stack bearing cover to allow riders to set up a low/aerodynamic position or to accommodate for a short fork steerer tube.

the best headset for short people like me. you can really lower the stack height to have more aggressive climbing position in XC bikes

Not sure what bike this is supposed to fit, but the spacing required from the top of the bearing to the top of the head tube is unlike any other I've seen, and where the "Slam" gets all of it's gains from - rather than from the design of the slam itself. So odd. All seals have been removed from the design. Recommend searching a competitor product if you're looking for a normally sealed 'slammed' headset for a standard headtube configuration.
