What is the exact inner diameter of the preload adjuster spacer ring? I’ve tried a different brand with similar concept and the ring is too loose. Would love to try these on a set of 5DEV cranks. Derek asked on November 24, 2023

We ship each crank preloader with two inner, threaded rings (the part that is affixed to the crank spindle). 29mm for Sram DUB cranks, and 30mm for other cranks. The exact inner dimensions of these rings are 29.03mm & 30.005mm, respectively.

Will these fit and work with Rotor 155mm crank set with 30mm spindle? My size makes my ideal crank length between 150mm and 155mm which leaves me with Rotor, seWings and many others do not come in this size. Joseph A Feiccabrino Jr asked on November 20, 2023

Yes! The crank preloaders will work on Rotor's spindle.

Yes - the preloaders come with the necessary 30mm spindle threaded ring installed. Our installation instructions show how to perform the upgrade.

Will this work with a non-E-Wing crank, like a sram force wide, crank with dub bottom bracket? Sean Mckinney asked on October 6, 2023

Crank Preloads will work with 30mm of DUB sized spindles. You will need to install the correct thread ring for your crank and the preload comes with both 30mm and DUB thread rings.
