The Hellbender 110 Ceramic uses the highest level of bearing technology available.
Our finest level of Hellbender bottom bracket provides an incredible mix of performance and longevity through the inclusion of Enduro XD-15 ceramic bearings. These bearings feature nitrogen-infused stainless steel races that will not rust or corrode paired with Silicon Nitride ceramic balls. Silicon Nitride is many times harder than steel, and as a result, increases the lifespan of this bottom bracket dramatically.
Like our 110 headsets, Hellbender 110 Ceramic provides the ultimate peace of mind. With the complexities of the modern bicycle, this ‘backbone’ component should not be one you have to worry about replacing.
Highlights:
Note: Bottom brackets do not come with spacer kits.

We are so confident that this bottom bracket technology is the highest standard of quality that it has earned the right to be called 110 and includes the lifetime guarantee that has become synonymous with the Cane Creek 110 name.
Dual stage anodize black and gold machined aluminum bottom bracket cups. Available in BSA threaded, BB30, PF30, and T47 variations. 30mm crank spindle only.
This grease runs better and smoother with time, and is highly resistant to being washed out. It’s engineered to stick to the balls and continually be pulled back into the ball path where it is needed.
The race material is an advanced stainless alloy that is nitrogen infused and will not rust or corrode.
The ceramic ball bearings are made from pure silicone nitride material with extreme high density and uniform compaction. They are 60% lighter weight and seven times harder than steel ball bearings.

Bearing seized after 8 months
Follow up review after 8 months of regular work commute. Drive side bearing completely stopped spinning. Dirt, grime, and water easily gets inside the bottom bracket assembly and inside the bearings.
