Hello, the top flange on our Ancora Expansion Plug is 1.5mm in thickness.
Hello, we do not have the exact specs of this model Trek, however, our Ancora Plus is designed to work with carbon 1 1/8th inch steer tubes.
If you are referring the Ancora expansion preload, yes. You should torque the Ancora preload to 9Nm.
We do not for carbon steer tubes. We do have 1.5" and 1.25" star nuts but these should not be used in Carbon forks.

Ancora requires a Minimum Steerer ID of 22.75mm and a Maximum Steerer ID of 24.6mm.
